3. How SØVERE uses information
SØVERE may use personal information to:

LEGAL BASIS AND COMMUNICATION
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, SØVERE relies on one or more of the following:
● Consent, including when you request Private Access or choose to receive release notices.
● Steps requested before entering a contract, including responding to an acquisition or commission inquiry.
● Performance of a contract, including administering an agreed acquisition or related arrangement.
● Legitimate interests, including operating the Site, communicating with collectors, protecting the Site, preventing abuse, and improving services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
● Legal obligations, including recordkeeping, tax, regulatory, court, or law enforcement requirements.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.
5. Private Access and email communications
If you request Private Access, SØVERE may send advance previews, availability notices, release announcements, invitations, and acquisition opportunities related to SØVERE works.
You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time by using an unsubscribe option included in an email, when available, or by writing to vip@sovere.world. SØVERE may still send non-promotional communications that are necessary to answer an inquiry, administer a requested transaction, maintain security, or comply with law.
6. How information is disclosed
SØVERE may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
● Website and operational providers. This may include GoDaddy and related providers that host the Site, operate Site features, process forms, support email communications, maintain infrastructure, or provide security.
● Security providers. This includes Google in connection with reCAPTCHA and related fraud and abuse prevention.
● Professional advisers. This may include attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, shipping providers, conservators, fabricators, photographers, installers, or other specialists when relevant to an inquiry or acquisition.
● Legal and safety recipients. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; protect rights, property, or safety; investigate misconduct; or prevent fraud or security threats.
● Business transaction recipients. Information may be disclosed in connection with a prospective or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of SØVERE’s business or assets.
Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide or as otherwise allowed by law.
DATA PRACTICES
7. No sale of personal information
SØVERE does not sell personal information for money. SØVERE also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use personal information submitted through the Site for targeted advertising.
During the preceding twelve months, SØVERE may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers, Internet or other electronic activity, inquiry or commercial-interest information, and the contents of communications. These categories may have been disclosed for the operational purposes described in Section 6. SØVERE has not sold or shared these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Cookies and privacy signals
The Site and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for functionality, form processing, security, fraud prevention, preference management, and basic performance measurement. You may be able to limit cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may interfere with Site features or prevent forms from working properly.
Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not currently respond to those signals. Where legally required and technically supported, SØVERE will treat a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request applicable to the browser or device that sends it. Because SØVERE does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal may not change how the Site currently operates.
9. How long information is retained
SØVERE retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including:
● Private Access information until you unsubscribe, withdraw your request, or the information is no longer needed.
● Collector Inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond, maintain the relationship, document decisions, or handle a potential or completed acquisition.
● Transaction, tax, legal, and dispute records for the period required or permitted by law.
● Technical and security records according to operational needs and provider retention schedules.
When information is no longer required, SØVERE will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable, subject to legal and technical limitations.
10. Security
SØVERE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security. You provide information through the Internet at your own risk and should avoid placing sensitive information in open message fields.
YOUR INFORMATION AND RIGHTS
11. International processing
SØVERE and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, SØVERE will use an approved legal mechanism or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
● Request access to personal information held about you.
● Request correction of inaccurate information.
● Request deletion of personal information.
● Receive a portable copy of certain information.
● Restrict or object to certain processing.
● Withdraw consent.
● Opt out of promotional email.
● Appeal the denial of a privacy request where local law provides that right.
● Lodge a complaint with a privacy or data protection authority.
California residents may also have rights to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources and purposes of collection, and the categories of recipients. SØVERE will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To exercise a right, email vip@sovere.world with the subject line Privacy Request. For an appeal, use the subject line Privacy Appeal. Describe your request and the email address associated with your interaction. SØVERE may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
13. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. SØVERE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact vip@sovere.world so that the information can be reviewed and, when appropriate, deleted. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONTACT
14. Third-party sites and social platforms
The Site may link to Instagram, TikTok, Google, GoDaddy, or other third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. SØVERE is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
SØVERE may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Site, business practices, service providers, or law. The revised policy will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable method when required by law.
